Missouri's 340+ Mile Ozark Trail

The Ozark Trail is located in southeast Missouri and is over 340 miles in length.  The OT is divided into "sections" that are usually about 30 miles in length.  Although currently not all sections connect to other sections there is a through trail of over 210 miles for those looking for a long trail trip.  Most sections are multi-use and allow foot, bicycle and horseback trail users, Courtois Creek, Blair Creek, Taum Sauk, North Fork and Current River sections all have some areas of limited access.

Elevations in this region of the Ozarks can be as high as nearly 1,800 ft. 

The trail is also a wonderful place to take scenic day trips.
